With the integration between i-Reserve and SALTO KS, you can automate the entire process from booking to opening. No keys, no counters, no manual intervention. The user manages everything themselves – securely and in a controlled manner.
How it works
1. Reservation
The user simply reserves a space via i-Reserve .
2. Payment (if applicable)
Payment is processed immediately online.
3. Automatic access assignment
After confirmation, the user will receive an email or SMS with a personal access link.
4. Digital key via SALTO KS.
This link activates the digital key within the valid time slot of your reservation.
No physical handover is required.
5. On-site access
Upon arrival, the user opens the door via smartphone (Bluetooth) or via the SALTO KS web access page, depending on the configuration.
6. Access expires automatically.
After the reservation ends, the digital key expires automatically. No additional steps are required.

Are there any additional options?
Setting option: "Time before"
If a customer makes a reservation for, say, 10:00-11:00 AM, it's understandable that they might want to enter a few minutes early, perhaps to change. To accommodate this, you can configure the time slot to grant actual entry earlier. If you set this value to 5 minutes, actual entry will be at 9:55 AM instead of 10:00 AM.
